Orders & Account
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We may be unable to accommodate cancellations or changes once an order is accepted. Please email us as soon as possible at accessoryabundancestore@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Australia (Domestic):
- Express: 1–4 business days
- Standard: 2–8 business days
International:
- Standard International: 6–27 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
How much is shipping?
- Standard (AU): $7.95 for orders under $50 (Free over $50)
- Express (AU): $15 flat rate
- International: $20.00 for orders under $100 (Free over $100)
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. As soon as a tracking number is available, it’s added to your order and emailed to you so you can follow delivery.
Who covers customs, duties, and taxes?
Any fees charged during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or return-to-sender, we’ll refund the product cost and retain shipping charges.
What if my parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed?
- Damaged/Wrong item: Inspect your order on arrival and email a clear photo and your order details to accessoryabundancestore@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can review for a replacement.
- Lost/Delayed: Email us and we’ll assist where possible. (Carrier delays are outside our control.)
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return window?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
What are the return eligibility requirements?
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email accessoryabundancestore@gmail.com. If accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes—perishables (food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized products, personal care goods (beauty items), and hazardous/flammable materials are not returnable. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way is to return the original item; once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Do you have a cooling-off period for EU customers?
Yes. For orders shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel/return for any reason, provided items remain unused, with tags and original packaging, and you include proof of purchase.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us.

Will the item look exactly like the photos?
We aim for accuracy, but colors/appearance can vary by your device/settings. Product descriptions may change without notice; quantities can be limited.

Yes. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, handling, and customs/import charges are additional unless stated otherwise.
